Automated manufacturing processes require rigorous safety measures to maximise available production space and ensure the safety of personnel and equipment from harmful objects or dangerous environments.

This roller door is purpose-built for high speeds on automated production processes providing complete isolation and safe access conditions to production stages in under 2 seconds.

The door performs at a CAT 2 performance level D for operator safety and door access. For machinery integration, additional safety switches can be integrated achieving up to CAT 4 and performance level E.

The control box is UL approved for projects across the USA & Canada.

Roller Door Structure

The Cell Protection Rapid Door is manufactured from a sheet steel construct with the top cassette frame using mild steel RHS with steel end plates for motor and bearing components. Its strong framework makes this roller door a stand-alone unit.
